How do you work across the Pacific Time gap from Mumbai?
Pacific Time is the widest gap we cover — Mumbai is 12.5 to 13.5 hours ahead, depending on daylight saving. We run a written async rhythm so a progress update is waiting when your day starts, and hold live calls early in your morning (around 7–8am PT), which lands in our evening.
Our customers are in California — do you build with the CCPA in mind?
Yes. For consumer-facing products we build with the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA, in mind: clear notices and opt-out flows, the ability to find, export and delete a customer's data on request, and minimal collection by default. We sign NDAs and data-processing agreements before touching any customer data.
How do you protect unreleased content and creative IP?
We sign an NDA before discovery, work inside your own cloud accounts and storage rather than ours, and limit access to the named engineers on your project. You own 100% of the code and IP we produce, and nothing built for you is reused elsewhere.
How do engagements start?
Almost always with a paid discovery sprint — one to two weeks that ends with a fixed scope, timeline and price. If we conclude the project should not happen, we will say so and you keep the work.
Who owns the code and models?
You do, completely. Your repositories, your infrastructure, full IP transfer documented at handover — including anything produced during discovery.
