Terms of service
Effective 15 October 2026. The plain-language terms for using this website and for working with us.
Who we are
These terms are between you and Suthar Technologies, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India ("we", "us"). Contact: suthartechnologies.com@gmail.com, +91 90045 46792. By using this website, or by accepting a written quote from us, you agree to these terms.
Using this website
The information on this website is general. Prices shown are starting prices ("from"); the exact price is the one in your written quote. Example builds on our Work page are illustrative, and the live demos show fictional businesses; neither is client work. Please do not misuse the site, try to break it, scrape it at a harmful rate, or use our assistant to send unlawful or abusive content.
The website assistant
The chat assistant on this site is automated and can make mistakes. Do not rely on it for a final price, a delivery date or any promise: those only apply once they are written in your quote or agreement. Please do not share sensitive personal data in the chat, such as health details, ID numbers, passwords, or card or bank details. If you do, we may delete it. Chat messages are processed by an AI provider to produce replies, as described in our privacy policy.
Quotes and projects
Every project starts with a fixed written quote that states the scope, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before we begin it. A quote is valid for the period stated in it, and a project starts when you accept the quote in writing (including by message or email) and pay the first instalment. We build with live previews so you can see progress and approve each stage.
Payments
Payments are typically 40-50% to start and the rest in milestones as you approve working software, as set out in your quote. We invoice in Indian rupees, or in your own currency for international clients. We are not GST-registered at present, so no GST is added to our prices. Amounts are due by the date on the invoice. If payment is overdue we may pause work until it is received. Third-party costs, such as domain names, hosting, paid plug-ins, app-store fees, SMS or WhatsApp message charges and AI usage fees, are separate unless your quote says otherwise.
Ownership and handover
Your domain, hosting, store and app-store accounts, source code, content and data are set up in your name and handed over at launch, subject to payment of the amounts due under your quote. Third-party software, templates and libraries stay under their own licences. We may show non-confidential screenshots of finished work in our portfolio only with your permission. We will sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share confidential details, if you ask.
What we need from you
Timelines depend on you giving us content, feedback and approvals promptly, and on the accuracy of what you provide. You confirm that you have the right to use any text, images, logos, data or other material you give us, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights or break the law.
Care plans and support
Optional care plans (Basic, Growth or Pro) are monthly services for maintenance and improvements, as described on our pricing page and in your plan. They renew monthly and you can stop them with notice before the next billing date. After handover, fixes for problems in work we delivered are covered as stated in your quote; changes and new features are quoted separately.
Third-party services
Our work often relies on services we do not control, such as hosting providers, payment gateways, WhatsApp, Google, Meta and AI providers. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or policy changes of those services, but we will help you adapt where we reasonably can.
Limits of our responsibility
We build carefully and test before launch, but no software is free of errors, and results such as search ranking, traffic, leads or sales depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee them. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profit or lost data, and our total liability for a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Ending a project
Either of us may end a project by written notice. You pay for work completed and approved up to that point and for non-refundable third-party costs already incurred. We hand over what has been paid for.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any disagreement by talking it through. If that fails, the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. A project is governed by the terms and quote that applied when you accepted it. Questions? Email suthartechnologies.com@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp.
