- Almost always with a paid discovery sprint — one to two weeks that ends with a fixed scope, timeline and price. If we conclude the project should not happen, we will say so and you keep the work.
- How quickly can you start?
- Discovery usually starts within two weeks. Full build slots typically open three to four weeks out.
- What does it cost?
- Discovery sprints start around $2,500. Builds are quoted as a fixed scope afterwards, so you are never signing against a guess.
- Do we own the code and IP?
- Completely. Your repositories, your infrastructure, full transfer documented at handover.
- Do you work across time zones?
- Yes. We hold overlapping hours through the US and European business day, and run standups and demos in your time zone rather than ours.
- What happens after launch?
- An optional partnership retainer — monitoring, fixes and a monthly iteration budget, run by the same people who built it.
