Where will our data be hosted?
Wherever your policy requires — usually a UK cloud region inside your own AWS, Azure or Google Cloud account. Our engineers access systems under the controls and logging you approve, and we document that access for your records.
Do you invoice in pounds sterling?
Yes. Discovery, milestones and invoices are all in GBP, under a contract that assigns all code and IP to your UK entity. You see a fixed price before committing to the build.
Who owns the code and IP?
You do, completely. Repositories, cloud accounts and all IP transfer to you, documented at handover — including anything produced during discovery.
How do payments and contracts work?
A short paid discovery, then a fixed-scope contract with milestone payments as you approve working software. We sign NDAs and data-processing agreements and invoice in your currency.
